Recently appointed member of the Andrew Granger &Co. team, Jenna Mullan, has just graduated with a distance learning degree in estate management with Reading University
Jenna, from Oakham, has graduated with flying colours and has now embarked on a two-year programme of qualification with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Based at our Leicester office, Jenna will be assisting Andrew Robinson, head of the professional services department, on estate management and development projects.
In Jenna’s position as assistant surveyor, she will be handling the day-to-day management of a large property estate comprising land and farms across the midlands on behalf of a charity. The work includes supervising repairs to cottages, managing tenancies, tenancy agreements, rent reviews and collections. Her work also involves researching and advising clients on opportunities for generating solar energy. With this degree under her belt, she is sure to perform remarkably in her new role and bring an innovative new dynamic to the team.
