We’re delighted that Adam Jaeban from our rural team in Loughborough has passed the Assessment of Professional Competence to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Membership means Adam can join the Valuer Registration Scheme, allowing him to conduct “red book” valuations as well as his current work in sales, management and professional consultancy.
Rupert Harrison, Joint Managing Director, said: “At Andrew Granger & Co we pride ourselves on having a high proportion of chartered surveyors on the team. Completion of the APC verifies that Adam will provide a high standard of service to our customers, which we feel is very important.”
Adam, who joined the firm in 2013, said: “I’m delighted to have passed first time round, and I look forward to developing my professional skills and knowledge within the company and working on interesting new projects with our clients.”
