We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Geoff Milnes to his new role as our brand new Head of Survey in Andrew Granger & Co's Leicester office. The team provides surveying and planning advice to Leicestershire and beyond and welcome the expertise Geoff will bring to his new role.
Melton Mowbray-local Geoff, has worked for the company for almost five years, and has more than 35 years’ experience in surveying.
His appointment follows expansion of our survey team, which operates across the East Midlands and beyond with offices in Leicester, Market Harborough, Loughborough and London.
“When I first joined Andrew Granger & Co, the surveying team consisted of just me and we now have a strong team of three. Andrew Granger & Co is a well-established professional practice with great staff, and as I step up to my new role, I am excited about the future growth of the business and the surveying team.”Our survey team conducts residential valuations, prepares condition reports and carries out valuations for mortgage purposes. It also provides support to all our other departments including rural property, professional services, estate management, valuations, commercial and planning and development as well as residential sales and lettings.
Alongside residential valuations, the surveying team also provide services including expert witness advice for legal professionals, reports for audits and valuation reports.
Geoff is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Expert Witness Institute. In his spare time, he is a church Elder and Treasurer at the United Reform Church in Melton Mowbray.
