Before setting up the practice in 1989, Andrew gained experience in the property sector working for national estate agents Carter Jonas and Leicestershire auctioneers Shakespeare, McTurk & Graham.
He has also worked for Cambridge County Council and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fish and Food. Andrew served as President of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1999 and 2000. He is a Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Leicestershire.
