Property experts launch equestrian department

Growing demand from horse riding enthusiasts for homes with land and paddocks has led Andrew Granger & Co to launch a brand new Country Home and Equestrian Department.

Based at our Market Harborough office, the new department will cover an area from Newark to Northamptonshire.

Adam Jaeban, one of our Rural Surveyors, said: “Over the past year, we’ve experienced very high demand for land. The demand covers everything from paddocks of less than one acre through to small equestrian complexes with stables and schooling facilities, and we hope this new specialist department will create a focal point for equestrian property in the East Midlands.”

For sellers we believe the growing demand is especially good news as people in the market for equestrian-type properties tend not to be tied to a mortgage or chain.

Prices for these kinds of properties vary substantially, location is crucial, and the availability of mains services also affects values.

We will be using our combined experience of residential, rural and amenity property from our three offices in Leicester, Loughborough and Market Harborough to help future prospective land owners.
